Pick up your rug at our drop-off location, or pick up your rug in your home. Contact us for pickup and delivery charges for your area. Furniture-moving services are available for a fee. Additionally, by appointment rugs can be dropped off at 3860 Norri Drive, Suite 6, New Franken, Wisconsin.
Inspect face of the rug, back of the rug, sides and fringe
Brush, vacuum, and “dust” your rug to loosen and remove dirt.
Washing process will take care of most common odors and residues. Very delicate rugs will be washed by hand. Keeping the integrity of your rug intact is our priority.
Rinse & Extraction Process assures cleaning agents used to clean the rug are not left behind embedded in the fibers which can lead to dye damage to the rug.
Dry Process will consist of hang drying in our humidity and temperature-controlled facility.
Final Touches include your rug being vacuumed, fringes brushed, and reinspected to make sure stains were not missed.
The rug will be rolled and ready for return.
